Shipping & Returns

We want you to love every part of your experience with SNSRY. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it so. Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please email us at support@snsry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.

Cancellations or Order Changes

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request if it hasn’t shipped yet.

Returns of Unopened Products

If you change your mind and your product is unopened, unused, and sealed, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must arrive in resellable condition.

To begin a return, email support@snsry.com with your order number.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Final Sale Items

All Discovery Sets, sample products, and promotional bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
